HELLO so i was originally thinking about picking up aiden but then i went down a weird rabbit hole with his character concept (tl;dr: super driven trans kid who's determined to make it on his own) and so i was like "uhhhh probably shouldnt saddle rin with this" lol

so then i was gonna app him as one of the sibling-less youths.

but THEN i thought i'd comment with his app (superlatively) in case you thought his shtick be fun/interesting to bounce off asher, in which case he could turn into aiden after all, lol.

It's completely up to you!! It would definitely be interesting; Asher would try to help as much as he could because he wants to be a good big brother and is also not an asshole. He would be like fuss-central. SOO, if you want him to have a big bro, definitely go for it :D Regardless if he stays a Coppertale I get to be his prefect when I finish Garrett :>>> So I am exciteeeee

ANYWAY i think it'd be fun to be like "hello my brother who i barely know bc our parents shipped you off to troublemaker school at 12 SURPRISE i too cause problems for our parents" but i think it depends on what mom & dad guthrie are like? i think This Unnamed Kid is v. afraid of disappointing his parents further and generally feels like (while his folks aren't terrible) they've kind of washed their hands of him. so if the Gurthrie's are really warm and supportive, maybe it wouldn't be a good fit? but if they're as described, it could be cool. idk?

Ahahah I do agree that the: SURPRISE I TOO AM A PROBLEM CHILD is absolutely amazing. But, OK SO, this is the only complication I see - Guthrie parents, while not the most touchy-feely involved people, do love their kids and try to be good and supportive. SO if you want a directly antagonistic-y relationship (like, clear distance/not wanting to deal) might not be the best. HOWEVER, I could easily see them not knowing what to do, or given Unnamed Kiddo's desire to succeed + Guthrie parent overachievement in their own lives there's definitely a possibility for like... Kiddo feeling like parents have washed their hands of him, even if they're just kind of like: ?????? what no you just??? We are confused about how to approach this???? They're pretty open-minded people ultimately and likely wouldn't just throw up their hands in defeat. Does that help??? I don't know if that helps lolllll

I joined because Katie told me about it and I was like: oh yeah I've been not RPing for a while this'll be fun whatever and now I check the calendar every morning and my life is ruined and I've already messed up the one from every house shit because I accidentally took another Coppertale andddd yep there we go.

Definitely one of the best Irish-isms. I was only there for a year but managed to totally destroy my American accent it was great. I miss it so much please excuse me if I'm ever just like UGH IRELAND at you.

To give a brief rundown of the situation: He started freshman year, did it all that year, it sort of petered out for him like.. halfway through sophomore year, picked it up again at the beginning of this year... and we're gonna pretend it's been going strong even though I missed the last two months :x He's very open to any and all help/input/whatevs, so feel free to say she's been doing whatever!
